Project Manager
Project Managers at Quality Metalcrafts, LLC seek to ensure the successful completion of all projects assigned. This involves timely and accurate coordination and completion of all project tasks, maximizing profitability while focusing on the customer.
Responsibilities:
-
Manage all customer communication with regards to the project
-
Setting and maintaining the project schedules
-
Identify all materials and suppliers required for the project
-
Review project specifications
-
Identify submittal requirements
-
Review shop drawings
-
Coordinate field dimensions, scan, and revisions with CAD
-
Review and reconcile budget concerns
-
Monitor arrival of materials
-
Coordinate production release schedules
-
Blue print reading required

Submittal Drafter
Responsibilities:
-
Utilize AutoCAD to produce accurate submittal drawings for architect/customer review
-
Analyze project documents and develop detailed drawings required to accurately convey scope of work and architectural intent.
-
Assist project managers with updating drawings, creating sketches, creating RFI’s, developing details for unique job conditions, and revise project documents.

Review work from other drafters to ensure accuracy
-
Complete projects on time and accurately

Proficient in AutoCAD 2015 or newer
-
Previous sheet metal or glass and glazing industry experience is helpful

AutoCAD/ Inventor Drafting
Drafters prepare detailed working diagrams of machinery and mechanical devices, including dimensions, fastening methods, and other engineering information.
Responsibilities:

Utilize AutoCAD and Inventor to produce accurate assembly and fabrication drawings
-
Analyze drawings provided by customers for internal fabrication us
-
Review work from other drafters to ensure its accuracy
-
Complete internal project and time tracking paperwork
-
Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
-
Completed training and proficient in AutoCAD 2015 and Inventor 2015 or newer
-
Previous sheet metal experience is helpful
-
Excellent oral and written communication skill
-
Knowledgeable in Microsoft Word and Excel
-
Excellent time management skills and ability to handle multiple simultaneous tasks and deadlines
-
Pass pre-hiring background check and post-offer, pre-hire drug test

CNC Programmer
As a CNC Programmer, your primary job is to ensure the timely, accurate coordination and completion of all project tasks associated with the programming, assembly drawings and any other drawing, detailing or bills of materials associated with production.
Responsibilities:
-
Generate flat panel programs for CNC manufacturing from shop drawings using CAD software and Excel spreadsheets
-
Generate assembly drawings as necessary to successfully communicate intentions and directions to production
-
Generate fab tickets for all brake metal work
-
Review, finalize, and release bill of materials
-
Coordinate and instruct production on any special packaging or shipping instructions
-
Revise shop drawings if necessary with any changes occurring during the programming process
-
Release complete and accurate production release packets to production

Estimator
The primary role of an Estimator is to accurately estimate projects, being very thorough and detailed, within the scheduled time frame of the project bid. Additionally, the Estimator will correspond with customers on inbound estimates and be responsible for working up detailed scope review sheets and pricing.
Responsibilities:

Assisting customers with inquires during the bidding phase and establishing base parameters necessary for estimating and customer expectations

Establish key liaison with inbound customers and prospects from outside the sales territory as determined with the Lead Estimator
-
Provide accurate spreadsheets and takeoff review scope sheets to the project management team
-
Participates in training of new Estimators
-
Maintain target profit levels
-
Assists in Onscreen Takeoff Software updates and issues resolution
-
Execute procedure from project bid to project sold
-
Participates in meetings with engineering team

Production Team Member
The role of a Production Team Member is to provide assistance where assigned within the Production Department. Production team members work with other production team members to meet and exceed the workflow accurately as tasks are assigned by team leads.

Welder
As a Welder with Quality Metalcrafts, LLC, you will be a part of our Production Team. Your role is to provide assistance within the Production Department and weld assigned materials with a high degree of quality and accuracy. Welding team members work with other production team members to complete and exceed workflow.
Responsibilities:

Light to medium Fabrication/Manufacturing Fixture welding

Capabilities of Mig welding

Ability to read drawings and a tape measure

Welding Experience Preferred

Strong attention to details
-
Good communication skills; able to follow directions

Must complete a fabrication test prior to being considered for the position
